1)Consignor will receive 40% of the final selling price in the form of cash or check. You may collect up to $20 in cash M-Sat.
Balances over $20 will be given in the form of a check on Tuesdays only. You receive 50% of the final selling price should you
choose to use your balance as a "store credit".
***Consignor understands that it is their responsibility to keep track of any and all consignment period dates, time frames, etc and
that Duck Duck Goose WILL NOT contact them to notify them of such dates. The term of consignment is 60 days or 2 full

2)Items are priced at the sole discretion of Duck Duck Goose. Pricing is based on supply and demand, type and
condition of item. items may also be subject to periodic sales discounts, promotions, coupon discounts, end of
season sales, etc throughout the consignment period.
***Consignor is responsible for contacting Duck Duck Goose and collecting payouts, any monies not collected after a
period of 1 year will be forfeited to Duck Duck Goose. Initials______________
3)Consignor has read the Consignment Guidelines document and agrees that all merchandise conforms to the
guidelines described in that document. Any items presented to Duck Duck Goose that are later found to be not as
described in the Consignment Guidelines document will be disposed of at the discretion of Duck Duck Goose without
notification, but will be documented in the consignor account.
4)Any unsold items not reclaimed at the end of the agreement period will automatically become the property of Duck
Duck Goose. Consignor understands that in order to reclaim unsold items at the end of consignor period, items must
be picked up by the last day of the month that agreement ends. (If last day is a Sunday or holiday, items must be
picked up the day before) Consignor is responsible for pulling all unsold merchandise to then be presented to a Duck
Duck Goose employee so that items can be removed from inventory.
5)Consignor agrees to hold harmless and make no claim against Duck Duck Goose for the damage, theft or loss of any
items consigned to Duck Duck Goose. Duck Duck Goose does not anticipate any theft,damage or loss and takes every
precaution to prevent tthem, but unfortunately events may occur.
6)Consignor agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Duck Duck Goose for any liability that may arise from consigned
merchandise.
7)The Consignor Agreement and the Consignor Guidelines documents are subject to change for future consignments.
This agreement supersedes any and all agreements previously in effect with Duck Duck Goose.
8)I have carefully read this agreement and accept the terms and conditions set forth in it.
